There are a lot of interesting places to visit in Saransk. When you walk around the city you can see the main sights in the city center. The administration buidings are located in Soviet Square. The fountains you can find whe you go to Fountain descent or to the Park of Culture and Rest. The embank of river "Saranka" is good place to walk and make beautiful photo.

The main fountain is "The Star of Mordovia". It decorates "M illennium Square" near the new Universal hall in the center of Saransk. The height of the fountain jets can reach 40 meters.
